Shipping & Returns


Resort Furniture and Chairs only uses factories that commercially package our products to reduce damage from commercial transportation. Basic Shipping charges cover loading merchandise at the factory and transporting to the delivery address provided at the time of the order.

All orders will be scheduled to ship as soon as possible (ASAP) unless otherwise requested by the customer. Resort Furniture and Chairs does not guarantee delivery dates but will use every effort to accommodate our customers' needs.  Requests to change delivery schedules must be made in writing seven days prior to scheduled shipment to avoid additional shipping cost. 

Our sincere desire is to make your buying experience from Resort Furniture and Chairs the most cost-effective and effortless. Please exercise caution making sure all the shipping information and services are correct when ordering. Additional charges occur if the delivery address is incorrect or services are ordered at the time of delivery. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you well.

Return Policy

All stock merchandise in new condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt. The original cartons are required. Stock merchandise returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the sales price and all shipping expenses. Customer will receive a return authorization from Resort Furniture and Chairs when the customer approves the return cost prior to shipping. We will use all efforts to minimize expenses for returns. All Custom Orders (orders that include customers’ choice of color or non-standard style) are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
